Machining and Testing process
The project of the robot widely makes use of machining for the
realization of the mechanical base as well as for the
industrialization of some of the parts.
We used the following processes :
- Cutting machining : milling, turning, drilling
- Electrical
Discharge Machining : wire EDM and Sinker EDM Machining
The control of the machined parts is achieved by conventional
metrology (calliper rule, micrometer, ...) and by a three-dimensional
measuring using digital model of the part .
